BOATER SAFETY CLASSES - 2 NEW LOCATIONS ADDED!!

 

The Waupaca County Sheriff's Water Patrol and Wis. DNR will be sponsoring Boater Safety Classes this spring.

 

    March 24, 25, 31, and April 1 - Waupaca County Courthouse lower level, four day class, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

 

    April 21, 22, 28, and 29 - Manawa City Hall, four day class, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

 

    May 2, 3, and 4 - New London Public Library lower level, three day class, Friday 4:00-6:00 p.m.,

                                  Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

 

    June 16, 17, 23, and 24 - Clintonville City Hall, four day class, 5:30-8:30 p.m.

2014 ANNUAL BOAT LAUNCH PASSES

NEW THIS YEAR!!

 

The annual passes will now go on the inside of your vehicles windshield, not on your boat trailer.  The cost is still $25 for in-county resident and $30 for out-of-county resident, but a second pass will now be $10, and BOTH VEHICLES must be registered to the same person or same address (copy of registrations required) to get the second pass for $10.

 The County boat launch passes are good for Gills Landing and Shaws Landing on the Wolf River, Little Wolf Boat Launch on the Manawa Mill Pond, and Columbia, Taylor, Dake, & Miner Lakes on the Chain O'Lakes.  Click here for map.

CAMP VIC-TO-RAE - RENTAL INFORMATION FOR CAMPING

 

Are you looking for a place for your group to camp that's quiet and has access to the Little Wolf River?  Camp Vic-To-Rae, located at E7720 Ostrander Rd. in New London is the perfect place.  Rental fees includes use of the whole grounds, a shelter with fire pit, and restrooms with showers and electric.  Shelter #1 has a refrigerator; the other 4 have electric only.  All shelters have picnic tables.  Click on link on left side of page for pictures of the facilities.

2014 STATE TRAIL PASSES

Cost is $20 each. (under 16 yrs. - no charge)
